it empowers the weak, energizes the sick

and embraces what is. It transforms hope

into acceptance and wishes into surrender.

It recognizes the purpose of all experiences

and has no judgment. Unconditional love

is the freedom of the heart as it has no rules

or guidelines how to give or receive love.

When you can love yourself in this way, you

can love this world and all what you encounter

in it. Ask yourself today what keeps you from

it or what you need from yourself to accept it.

Remember; what you don’t have, you can’t

give out.
